Trumped!

(The US presidential elections took a decisive turn after ‘Super Tuesday,’ and Nikki Haley, the only Republic competitor of Ex-president Donald Trump, dropped out of race. In November,  it will be Joe Biden and Donald Trump vying for the top post of the most powerful man in the world – the US president ).
The condition for the outcome  of the wrestling match was  simple enough. The supporter (Corners) of the losing wrestler would have his  head shaved by the supporter of the winner. And, the supporters-Corners – were none other than Donald Trump and Vince McMahon.  Trump was supporting Bobby Lashley while McMahon was supporting Umaga. The match was called “Battle of Billionaires”. Special guest referee was Stone Cold Steve Austin. The result-Lashley won the match, and Trump  shaved off McMahon’s head publicly watched by millions.

Direct involvement  is the feature of Trump’s life. He seldom backed off from any challenge , however tricky the situation is.

He is a world wrestling entertainment fan and also has to his credit the hosting of  Wrestlemania IV and V at Trump Plaza (Broadwalk Hall) in 1988-89.He was an active participant in several of the shows and  also interviewed ringside at WrestleMania XX.He was aptly credited with inclusion in “WWE Hall Of Fame” at Madison Square Garden for the contributions he made in the promotion of the sport.

Not only Mr.Trump was active in Wrestling entertainment, He has to his credit “ Special Cameo Appearance” in 12 films and Television serials and also nominated twice for the prestigious Emmy Award.  “The Little Rascals” movie featured him as an oil tycoon 

Mr.Trump was executive producer and host of the hugely popular NBC reality show “The Apprentice” in 2003.The theme of the show was creative and tough enough as participants had to contest for high profile job at one of the Trump’s commercial enterprise and would get “fired”, “recommended” “eliminated” , giving immense scope to the versatile talents of Mr. Trump. His price? $1 million per episode.  Eventually, Mr. Trump received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame for his contributions to the television.

Another theme for his TV show “The Celebrity Apprentice” was also very popular .The celebrities have to compete to win huge amounts of money for their charities. He was hired as the main host for this show produced by British  TV producer Mark Burnett .

As all these special contributions aren’t enough; he starred on Radio talk shows too. He was a guest for more than dozen times for Howard Stern show on talk radio. He  trumped his listeners with his own Radio show named aptly “Trumped” that run for four years (2004-2008).

Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946 in New York City. His ancestors originated from the German village of Kallstadt on his father’s side and from Scotland on his mother’s side. His father Fred Trump started working in real estate company of his mother-Elizabeth Trump and son and was active in NewYork.

Donald Trump graduated in 1968 with a Bachelor of science degree in Economics. Real Estate was his main forte . And he has not spared any trick to sell his properties and land.

We must concede that Trump is a successful businessman . His building is more or less often located at the prime locations, offering grand views to it’s guests and owners. He was always associated with celebrities and never hesitated spinning his associations to steal the limelight .The Universal Pictures, the famous hollywood movie studio, has purchased   a 3-bedroom multi-million dollar home offering a majestic view of Central Park at Trump Tower  for famous director Steven Spielberg who rarely stayed there . But Spielberg has offered it to Ms. Clinton as a crash pad at the end of a grueling campaign day . She (Ms. Clinton) and Trump were on good terms then.He even praised her, calling her “ tough and smart”.He also donated for her campaign.

His MidTown’s high-end retail district gleaming edifice has entitled him to be a force to be reckoned with in New York City. Michael Jackson has stayed and lived in this Mid Town’s gleaming edifice to be successfully persuaded by Trump to inaugurate “Taj Mahal” in Atlantic city in the 1990s This property was in focus as a wide and wild variety of guests stayed there . A gambler, a disgraced dictator , a Ponzi schemer, and a Stock Huckster.

Trump’s first wife was Czech model Ivana Zelnickova. Trump’s age was 30 at that time, and they married in 1977. They had 3 children.In 1977, Donald (Jr.) was born.In 1981, Ivanka was born, and in 1984, Eric was born. But steadiness and Trump are always in opposite camps. The couple divorced following Trump’s affair with actress Marla Maples in 1992. The new marriage lasted till 1999, bringing to life a daughter Tiffany. Another long-legged Slovene beauty model Melania Knaussat Bethesda, destined to be the first lady of the mighty US in the future, entered his life . The marriage took place on January 22, 2005. In 2006, Barron was born.
