It is necessary and much needed. The politics and war between Israel and Hamas aside, we all are aware of the plight of Palestinians. The continued air raids and relentless attacks by Israeli soldiers had devastated Gaza Strip. The innocent blood spilled, the hardships and condition of children, women and aged people, and their struggle for life, shelter, food, and medicine is above everything else! The humanitarian measures must be taken and allowed, and this hopeless war should be stopped by peaceful dialogue. Leave aside revenge! It will leave ashes smoldering, relentlessly demanding human blood to douse it. It won’t do any good to the future apart from transforming into more sinister, bigger war.
So the international community must help, and countries that have stopped annual aid to the UN agency must resume the aid. India had set a good precedent. Let’s see who follows.
