Were India fall less of expectations as far as the foreign policy is concerned? Isn’t it the failure of External Affairs Ministry ? That it couldn’t gauge or anticipate the changing tone of students’ agitation and the unseen foreign hands airing it. India shares a huge border of more than 4000 kms with Bangladesh. As many as 5 Indian states are adjacent to Bangladesh, making Bangladesh a strategically very important country indeed.

Breaking : Nobel laureate Dr.Mohammad Yunus to be advisor of interim government, Bangladesh about to form.

Testing times ahead for Bangladesh!
Bangladesh and region’s stability depends on what role China, Pakistan, and aiding Jamaat-e-Islami play in relation to India.
Jamaat-e-Islami is officially banned as recently as Aug 1 by the Bangladesh government that was headed by now ousted ex- Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.(Link1️⃣) The organisation, with its student’s wing, must have played a huge role in the sensational Bangladesh student’s protest, metamorphing into a political upheaval and turning politics upside down. There is yet a surprising absence of Pakistani reaction to the ouster of Sheikh Hasina. The powerful Pakistani Army, which influences national politics as well foreign relations of Pakistan, will be keeping a very close eye indeed and might have offered help also. (Link 2️⃣). The recent visit of Sheikh Hasina to China in July 2024 was a disaster, with China not even following the diplomatic protocol and least to say about its promised aid of 5 billion converting to 100 million. Her cutting the 4-day visit short by a day and returning back a day before than the declared visit span suggests a lot. link for her China visit ⬇️
Her son, in a telephonic talk with ‘India today’, said that the people of Bangladesh will get a new government – THEY DESERVE and blamed fanatical religious groups fanning protests
( She is disappointed and disheartened,” Sheikh Hasina’s son said. “She fought militancy with iron hands, she is done,” he told India Today, adding, “She is 77 years old.” On reports of Sheikh Hasina planning to leave for London, Joy said no decision in this regard had been made yet.)
Link to her son’s conversation with INDIA TODAY is given below 🔻
With banned fanatical groups doing coordination and are available to foreign powers with volatile internal conditions and precarious regional imbalance of China Pakistani combined rivalries with India, is it surprising to find her government toppled?

Venezuelan Election tally sheets further doubts the Maduro win!
Opposition in Venezuela attacked Maduro’s win in what they believed as rigged elections and accused the Maduro government of manipulating the results. Maduro has been in power for the last 11 years. Millions of the Venezuelans have already left the country in the wake of intolerable inflation and lesser civic necessities and uncertain future. The recently concluded elections declared Maduro as a third time winner. The verdict was challenged by the opposition, and it also raised voices internationally. The oil rich country where the politics is dominated by leftist thinking saw Maduro sliding with Russia and China to save his post from a constantly pressurizing US trying to bring back democratic rule and a pro- US government. Not yielding to US pressure, Maduro formed close alliance with China. China became the biggest oil purchaser and creditor to Venezuela. The Venezuelan inflation, migration, and deprivation that was publicized by world media lost prominence and soon disappeared tells a different tale. Link ⬇️
